As General Manager, you will be the cultural and strategic leader of the dealership—responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a values-driven team, and driving sustainable growth. You’ll champion education-based selling, lead with humility, and bring accountability to every aspect of the operation—from showroom to service lane.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the Team with Purpose: Coach department leaders (Sales, F&I, Service, Parts) to align with dealership goals and customer experience standards.

Customer-Centric Culture: Foster a buying environment that prioritizes trust, transparency, and resourceful education—empowering customers, not pressuring them.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day dealership functions including inventory management, forecasting, compliance, and vendor relations.

Performance Accountability: Drive revenue, profitability, and CSI performance through effective KPIs, regular reporting, and proactive course correction.

Team Development: Hire, mentor, and retain top talent. Invest in team growth and establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Community Engagement: Represent the dealership in community outreach efforts and create partnerships that build brand loyalty and visibility.

Who you are
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in automotive retail (preferably import or Hyundai experience)

A natural educator—you enjoy coaching teams and guiding customers

Proven ability to turn vision into systems and execute at a high level
- Deep understanding of the full dealership ecosystem (Sales, F&I, Fixed Ops)
- Strong financial and inventory acumen
- Humble, strategic, and obsessed with doing what’s right for the customer
