Job Summary:  

Pinnacle RV is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales department in Hudson Oaks, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of RV sales professions. The role requires excellent leadership skills, organizational skills, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities: 


Essential Duties

  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
  • Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
  • Maintains stocking levels and controls inventory aging 
  • Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
  • Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
  • Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
  • Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Schedules and plans New Owner Clinics as a follow-up to the delivery process.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Attends managers meetings as requested.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all service work is completed with the highest level of quality. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.


Compliance and Safety: Ensure all service department activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in the RV, automotive, powersports, or marine industry


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred


Skills: 

  • Strong Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using dealership management software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
