What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on business strategy and growth
• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team
• Guide strategic decisions through financial modeling and business intelligence
• Partner with department heads to assess and improve profitability
• Provide executive-level reporting and financial oversight
• Participate in dealership acquisitions, expansion analysis, and operational strategy

Who You Are:

• A proven financial leader with CFO or senior controller experience in the automotive industry or a complex retail environment
• A collaborative executive who builds alignment and trust across departments
• Strategic, forward-thinking, and proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities
• Comfortable letting your team manage the books while you focus on vision, planning, and impact
• Adept at mentoring and empowering people while still rolling up your sleeves when needed
