As our CFO, you’ll lead all aspects of financial planning, control, and reporting, and act as a key business partner to ownership and the executive team. You’ll manage accounting operations while shaping long-term financial strategy and driving profitability.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Financial Strategy & Oversight
• Lead all treasury, accounting, audit, tax, budgeting, and insurance functions.
• Direct long-range financial planning and funds management in collaboration with the Dealer Principal.
• Oversee cash flow analysis, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
• Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Partner with external auditors, legal counsel, and financial institutions to maintain fiscal integrity.
• Manage real estate, insurance, and risk exposure with strategic guidance.
• Operational Finance

• Support department heads and the General Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Lead the Controller and accounting team to maintain accurate records and optimize financial processes.
• Prepare timely, actionable financial reports for ownership and senior leadership.
• Relationship Management

• Act as the dealership’s financial liaison with banks, investors, and insurers.
• Represent the Dealer Principal at internal and external functions when needed.

What You Bring

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
• Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Senior Controller in the automotive, retail, or dealership sector
• Strong grasp of dealership accounting principles, contracts-in-transit, manufacturer financial reporting, and tax optimization
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of financial risk management, compliance, and strategic growth
